About Awesomenesseo · Mission control, Sydney CBD

We didn’t start with an agency.
We started with the software.

Awesomenesseo is the agency built on SEO Strategy Builder, software we wrote to take the weeks of planning out of SEO and put that time into pages.

Five people, fully funded, finishing our market trials, and flying our first twenty missions.

Why we built it · the story starts below

T-05Why

SEO didn’t have a talent problem. It had a workflow problem.

I spent twenty-five years in agencies, and the first months of every SEO retainer looked the same: audits, keyword research, strategy decks, revisions. Senior people, billed by the hour, before a single page improved.

That work and its execution was just slow, repeated by hand for every client, and paid for by the one person who could least afford it: the owner of a small business.

So we stopped selling hours and built software to do the planning and the building. The strategy that took a senior strategist weeks now takes hours, and so do the pillar pages and their supporting pages. The money that paid for those weeks buys more of them.

The planning did not get cheaper by being worse. It got cheaper by being done once, properly, by software built by people who had done it a thousand times.

T-04Journey

From the agency floor
to an autonomous platform.

Five stages. The first three took years, the fourth is where we are, and the fifth is where you come in.

  1. Stage 01The agency floor

Twenty-five years of watching the same first quarter

Every retainer began with weeks of planning at senior rates. The owners paying for it rarely saw the plan, and never saw where the hours went.

  2. Stage 02The method

A way of building sites that Google rewards

Before any software, we settled the method: fix the site first, put a hub page above the pages a business already owns, build in parallel, place authority behind a page only once it is live. Proven by hand, on real client sites.

  3. Stage 03SEO Strategy Builder

The planning, written down as software

We codified the strategy work: the business case, page targeting, competitor gaps, keyword clusters, the execution plan and the pillar pages themselves, generated from the client’s own ranking data. About four of every five senior hours went away.

  4. Stage 04 NowThe platform

From a strategy builder to a flight computer

The same software now runs the mission: it plans, briefs, builds and measures in one loop, so the workflow that needed six specialists needs one senior pilot. Autonomous where the work is repeatable, human where judgement matters.

  5. Stage 05Awesomenesseo

The agency built on top of it

We launched Awesomenesseo to fly the platform for businesses with five to twenty staff. Twenty seats on the Founding Flight, by invitation, from mission control in Sydney’s CBD.

T-03Proving ground

We learned to fly in the hardest airspace in search: forex.

Forex is where SEO goes to get humbled. Global brokers with seven-figure budgets, affiliate networks on every term that matters, and a regulator reading every word you publish.

That is the market we specialised in. Years of flying broker sites against the biggest names in search taught us how to win when you cannot outspend anyone.

The answer was forced thinking: when the budget is a tenth of your rival’s, you out-structure them instead of outspending them. Constellations around the searches they ignore, pages written to be cited by AI engines, authority placed only where it compounds.

Compliance became a process, not a panic. Every page passes a documented review against the regulator’s rules before it flies: risk warnings, claims, disclosures, jurisdictions. That discipline now goes into every market, regulated or not.

You don’t need to be a broker. If the method survives forex, your market is clear sky.

Pages that convert under a compliance regime: every claim checked, every risk warning in place, and still ranking.

A documented pre-flight review for every page: regulator rules, claims, disclosures and jurisdiction gates, signed off before launch.

Big players, small budgets

Constraints are the brief. The method that wins in forex is the method every mission flies.

SEO Strategy Builder is our own software. It reads your ranking data, your site and your competitors, and charts the whole mission in hours: what to build, in what order, and why.

It then keeps flying. Briefs, pillar and cluster pages, link placements and monthly telemetry all come off the same platform, so the plan and the work never drift apart.

What it does not do is decide for you. A senior pilot reviews every plan before you see it and every page before it flies, and you approve what goes live on your site.

The six Flight Documents on the launch page are the platform’s output. The signature on each one is a person’s.

“About four of every five hours” compares the senior strategy time a foundation build took by hand with the time it takes on the platform, measured on our own builds. Actual time depends on the site.

Awesomenesseo is five people: the engineers who built SEO Strategy Builder and the senior pilots who fly it. Nobody here sells what someone else delivers.

We are fully funded. The Founding Flight is about proving the platform on twenty real businesses, not about keeping the lights on, and no client pays for our runway.

We are completing our market trials now: real businesses, real budgets, results read from their own Google data. The live missions on our launch page come from those trials.

Mission control is Level 27, 25 Bligh Street, in Sydney’s CBD. Every mission is planned and flown from there.

Terms of Service

Awesomenesseo Terms of Service. Last updated 17 October 2026.

These terms are between Automaigency Pty Ltd (ABN 22 691 941 161), trading as Awesomenesseo, of Level 27, 25 Bligh Street, Sydney NSW 2000 ("we", "us", "our") and you. Part A covers use of this website. Part B covers the services we provide when you are cleared for a flight. By using the website you accept Part A. By accepting a Mission Confirmation you accept Part B.

Part A: Website terms

1. Using this site. You may use awesomenesseo.com.au for lawful purposes. The content on this site is general information about our services and is not advice for your specific situation.

2. Our content. The text, design, imagery, diagrams and code on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission, other than viewing the site in the normal way.

3. Results shown on this site. Figures and examples shown on this site come from real missions for other businesses. They illustrate what the method has achieved; they are not a promise of what it will achieve for you. Search engines and AI engines change constantly and we do not control them.

4. Seat requests. Submitting a seat request is not an order and does not create a contract. We review every request and may decline it at our discretion. Nothing is payable unless and until you accept a Mission Confirmation.

5. Links. This site may link to other sites. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

Part B: Mission terms

6. Definitions. In Part B:

7. How a Mission starts.

7.1 Seats are by invitation. After your seat request we hold a clearance call to review your market, your site and your runway. If we clear you for launch we send a Mission Confirmation. The Mission is formed when you accept it in writing (email is enough).

7.2 Before the first Fee is invoiced, we chart your Flight Plan and present it to you. You may review it and decide whether to fly. If you choose not to proceed at that point, you owe us nothing and the Flight Plan remains our property.

7.3 If you choose to fly, the Mission starts on the start date in the Mission Confirmation ("T-0"). At T-0 we record the baseline telemetry from your Google Analytics and Google Search Console accounts; every later review is measured against it.

8. Fees and payment.

8.1 You pay the Fee for your Orbit Level each month of the Term. Fees are in Australian dollars and exclude GST, which is added to each invoice.

8.2 Monthly Cycles and payment. We invoice monthly in advance. A Monthly Cycle starts on T-0 and on the same day of each following month (where a month has no such day, on its last day). The invoice for each Monthly Cycle is issued during the cycle before it and is payable no later than 7 days before that cycle ends, so every cycle is paid for before it begins. The first invoice is issued when you confirm you will fly (clause 7.2) and is payable before T-0. We may charge interest on overdue amounts at 2% above the Reserve Bank of Australia cash rate, and we may pause work while any amount is overdue. Pausing does not extend the Term.

8.3 Third-party costs are not included in the Fee unless the Mission Confirmation says so. Where a Mission needs paid third-party services (for example, software licences, paid placements or media), we will quote them first and only buy them with your approval.

8.4 Founding Flight terms. If your Mission Confirmation says you are on the Founding Flight, your Orbit Level pricing and output multiplier are locked for as long as you continue flying with us without a break of more than 30 days, including any further Mission you book. Later flights may be offered on different multipliers or standard terms; those changes do not affect you while your founding terms apply.

9. The front-loaded delivery model. Most of the work in a Mission is delivered in its first months: the technical pad is fixed, constellations are built in parallel streams, and the heaviest effort is applied early so results have time to compound. The Fee, however, is spread evenly across the Term. This means that at any point in the first months, the value delivered is well ahead of the fees paid. Clause 11.2 exists for that reason.

10. Term.

10.1 Initial Term. A Mission runs for six months from T-0.

10.2 After the Initial Term. At the orbit check in month 6 we will recommend the next flight on the evidence. You may book a further Mission (a new Mission Confirmation, with these terms applying again), continue cycle to cycle at your current Orbit Level, or stop. Cycle-to-cycle continuation can be ended by either party by written notice of one full Monthly Cycle, ending on a Monthly Cycle date.

11. Termination.

11.1 Ending a Mission early. You may end a Mission during the Initial Term by giving us written notice. The notice period is four (4) Monthly Cycles, or the number of Monthly Cycles remaining in the Initial Term, whichever is fewer. The notice period starts on the next Monthly Cycle date after we receive your notice, and the Mission ends on the Monthly Cycle date at the end of the notice period.

11.2 Fees during the notice period. The Fee stays payable, in full, for every Monthly Cycle in the notice period, and we keep delivering during it. Because delivery is front-loaded (clause 9), the notice period is how the fees catch up with the work already done. For example: notice received during cycle 1 starts the notice period at the cycle 2 date and ends the Mission at the cycle 6 date, with cycles 2 to 5 payable; notice received during cycle 3 starts at the cycle 4 date and ends the Mission at the end of the Initial Term, with cycles 4 to 6 payable.

11.3 Ending for breach. Either party may end a Mission by written notice if the other party commits a material breach and does not fix it within 14 days of being asked in writing, or becomes insolvent. The Mission then ends on the next Monthly Cycle date. If we end the Mission under this clause, clause 11.2 applies as if you had given notice on that date. If you end it under this clause, no Monthly Cycles after the end date are payable.

11.4 Ending by us for convenience. We may end a Mission by giving you written notice of two (2) full Monthly Cycles, ending on a Monthly Cycle date. You pay only for the cycles in the notice period, and we hand over all completed work in line with clause 11.5.

11.5 On ending. We will issue a final invoice and remove our access to your systems. Once every invoice has been paid in full, we will hand over all completed pages, content and documents. Nothing is handed over while any amount remains unpaid, and clause 13.1 (ownership passes on payment) applies. Clauses 8, 12, 13, 14 and 15 survive the end of a Mission.

11.6 Cycle dates and no pro-rating. Every Mission ends on a Monthly Cycle date, whatever the reason for ending. Notice periods under this clause 11 are counted in whole Monthly Cycles. Fees are not pro-rated: the final Monthly Cycle is payable in full, and no part of any Monthly Cycle is refunded.

12. What we deliver and what we need from you.

12.1 We will deliver the Flight Plan, the constellations and pages for your Orbit Level, the technical fixes agreed in the Flight Plan, the boosters (links and placements) that follow each page going live, and a monthly report measured against the T-0 baseline.

12.2 You will give us the access we need (website and content management system, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and any other system named in the Flight Plan), accurate information about your business, and a named approver.

12.3 Approvals. Every page reaches your approver as a finished draft with its brief. You will review drafts within 5 business days. If a draft is not approved or returned with changes within 10 business days, we may treat it as approved and publish it, so that one delayed approval does not ground the Mission. Delays caused by late access, information or approvals do not extend the Term or reduce the Fee.

12.4 Boosters. Links and placements are made on third-party sites we do not control. We choose them for relevance and quality, but we cannot guarantee that any site will keep a link live or that a search engine will treat it in a particular way.

13. Intellectual property.

13.1 Once the Fee for the month in which a deliverable was produced is paid, you own the pages, content and reports we created for you, and you may use them without limit.

13.2 We keep ownership of everything we bring to the Mission: our methods, the flight computer and its outputs' structure, templates, tooling, and know-how. You receive a licence to use them as part of your deliverables, not ownership of them.

13.3 You confirm that the material you give us does not infringe anyone's rights, and you keep ownership of it. We may describe the Mission and its results in general terms as a case study; we will not name you or publish your figures without your written consent.

14. No guarantee of rankings. We aim for a fair target, not a promise. Search engines and AI engines decide what to rank and what to cite, and they change their systems without notice. We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic level, citation, lead volume or revenue outcome. Examples shown on our website are results for other businesses and are not a prediction for yours.

15. Liability.

15.1 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Where our liability for breach of such a guarantee can be limited, it is limited (at our option) to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.

15.2 Otherwise, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of a Mission is limited to the Fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

15.3 Neither party is liable to the other for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data, or for indirect or consequential loss, however arising.

15.4 You are responsible for the content of your website, for complying with laws that apply to your business, and for the material you give us.

16. Confidentiality. Each party will keep the other's confidential information confidential, use it only for the Mission, and return or destroy it when the Mission ends, except where the law requires it to be kept. This clause does not apply to information that is public, already known to the receiving party, or independently developed.

17. Disputes. If a dispute arises, the parties will first try to resolve it by a meeting between senior people from each side within 14 days of written notice of the dispute. If that fails, either party may refer it to mediation in Sydney before starting court proceedings, except for urgent relief or unpaid Fees.

18. General. These terms and the Mission Confirmation are the whole agreement for the Mission. Changes must be in writing. Neither party may assign the agreement without the other's consent, not to be unreasonably withheld. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, other than payment of Fees. If a clause is unenforceable the rest stay in force. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the parties submit to the courts of New South Wales.

19. Changes to these terms. We may update Part A at any time by posting a new version on this page. Part B applies to a Mission as it stood when the Mission Confirmation was accepted; changes apply to later Missions.
